Pasta with Radish Greens
Ingredients
2 Tbsp Olive oil
5 Garlic Scapes, finely chopped
6 radish tops, chopped
½ cup basil leaves, chopped
16oz pasta, cooked
salt and crushed red pepper flakes to taste
Cooking Directions

Heat oil, sauté scapes 1 minute.

Add radish greens, sauté until wilted.

Turn off heat.

Add pasta
-
Toss
-
Add salt
-
Add basil, toss.

Add crushed red pepper flakes if desired.
